Are there any true libertarian women? I am a professional man looking for a like minded female to share ideas, company, and time. I am attracted to intelligence and insight and believe that opposites do not attract. I have a core belief in the individual and his/her right to determine the direction of their own life. I balk at almost any imposed limitations that are imposed from outside my own mind. Riding a motorcycle (which I do) without a helmet is foolish, if not outright 'stupid', but that's your choice. Just don't ask me to pay for your medical bills.
I am slender (I used to be skinny, but I got older and now slender is all I can muster) and would hope that whoever I meet is interested in taking care of themselves. I enjoy the outdoors, but am not a fanatic about it. A walk in the woods is a nice way to spend a few minutes pretty regularly. A glass of wine with some good conversation is probably my most favorite entertainment, but movies, good books, day trips, and working around home are pretty good diversions as well.
I am so so tired of meeting statists, disguised as liberals that I sometimes feel surrounded. So I hoping to meet someone who shares the belief that the maximum amount of personal freedom coupled with a deep and abiding sense of personal responsibility/accountability is the only ethical/moral way to organize people into a society and culture. I don't belong to many groups, primarily because I don't like going to meetings. I like the color blue, beef stew, cats, and clever (not coarse) comedy; all of which I can not explain. I also like Heinlein, Rand, my two daughters, and certain friends; which I can explain. Most people my age have allowed their brains to solidify into mush, so I prefer the company of folks 10-15 years younger. But that's not an absolute, just a life observation.
