Freedom off-grid in rural Mexico.

I am a gringo who moved to Mexico to live off grid in a large pine and oak forest for food forest farming.
There are few regulations, so we have composting toilets, rain capture, solar panels, Starlink, rabbits and chickens.
The climate here is great (Koppen climate zone Cwa/Cwb) so it is never muggy and never snows.
I used to host a lot of events here and would like to start again.
I am a permaculture teacher and hosted a lot of students, but now I am seeking longer term residents and neighbors to work on projects with.
I am pretty open minded beyond the ethics I live by.
