In Short the Constitution No, I'm not a Pothead! lol The Founders were most terrified of what, precisely, has ocurred- the svope of Government has expanded to a point where it has taken much of our God-Given rites to Life, Liberty and Property. Jefferson held that it "might be necessary for Revolution, every 30 years, to keep our Constitution Pure" I'm not sure, but I beieve we are over 100 years late and tha Vandals are at the Gates!
