I am a 68yo, Married, Bi, White man, looking to meet friends with similar interests and worldviews. I am well educated, widely read, have traveled internationally, have lived outside the US. I have many interests including reading, writing, politics, cooking, eating, photography, and travel. I call myself a "conservatarian" or a conservative-libertarian to spell it out. My views on national security and defense are on the conservative side (not neocon), I believe in America-First and always have. I am a former officer in the US Navy and support a strong military and the funding to support it. I DO NOT support the US being the world's policeman, nor do I believe in "Nation-building."I am a strict constructionist or textualist and a strong proponent of supporting the US Constitution as it was written and have taken oaths to protect and defend the constitution and our nation from all enemies, foreign and domestic. I believe that our Government has grown far to large and become far more powerful than the founders would have supported.I believe in individual freedom, liberty, autonomy, and responsibility. I believe that all Americans are born equal, with the same rights, and the same opportunities -- it is up to each of us to identify and take advantage of those opportunities.I believe that whatever one, two or more CONSENTING ADULTS want to eat, snort, smoke, vape, inject, or do with or to one another is no one else's business and most certainly not the business of any government, so long as they do not infringe on the rights of others.I think of my self as an explorer of life. I am always looking for something new, interesting, or pleasurable.
