Let's see, I'm a bookseller and an avid reader, so if you don't like to read, I'm afraid it's a deal breaker. In the interest of full disclosure, I have to tell you that I'm a package deal, and my son's and daughters' needs come first. I have a dog and a cat. I love all things steampunk, though I'm not overly obsessive, I'm still a bit of a geek about it.
I'm in school to become a massage therapist #I graduate in April#. My intent is to move to Montana and start a private practice there. Meanwhile I sell books online and work a day job. I'm one of those crazy guys who own a metal detector, and like to go "treasure hunting". I like coffee, but I don't drink it that much (I drink tea like a fiend though). I drink occasionally, and never to excess, and I'm a non-smoker (though I'm not fanatical about others not smoking. I think people like that need to mind their own business). I was raised Jewish, but am not religious. In fact, I'm kind of skeptical of most religion, but I'm not so dogmatic in my lack of belief that I can't recognize the human need for it, or the good that it's capable of. Oddly enough, I've recently become an ordained minister (I love the internet) so that I can perform weddings for a little extra income.
I'm looking for a girl who's a little geeky like me, is adventurous, likes kids, is patient and kind, has a sense of humour, can put up with my eccentricity, and wouldn't mind so much if I build say, a foundry or a metal shop in the backyard.
